Island Hopping

Pundaquit is the primary jump-off point for boat trips to the area's most famous destinations. Local boatmen can arrange day trips to multiple islands and coves.

  • Anawangin Cove -- A stunning cove lined with unusual Agoho pine trees growing right on the volcanic ash beach.
  • Nagsasa Cove -- A more secluded beach with pine trees, clear waters, and a stream leading to Nagsasa Falls.
  • Capones Island -- Home to a historic Spanish-era lighthouse accessible via a scenic trek through the island's forested terrain.
  • Camara Island -- A small island with a rocky coastline and clear snorkeling waters.
